Handcrafted in the mountains of Majella, Italy, our wheat is made with organic durum semolina and fresh mountain spring water. We use old-world techniques to create a distinctive flavor and texture. Our pasta is slow-dried, which gives it a light amber color and al dente flavor. Bronze die-cutting creates pasta grooves that absorb every type of sauce. We’ve made the traditional pasta you love even better by cutting the carbs and not compromising on taste.
