Pete’s Pasta has upwards of 20g of protein and less than 200 calories per serving, far superior to both traditional pastas and pasta alternatives. These market-leading macronutrients are thanks to our blend of ingredients: Modified Wheat Starch, Wheat Protein, Durum Wheat, Wheat Fiber, and Pea Protein. Where most other “high protein” pastas top out at 10-12g of protein, our pastas range from 17g-20g (and soon 30g). The Low Carb (17g protein, 27g fiber) and No Carb (20g protein, 26g fiber) are the two most macro friendly pastas that you can have in your pantry, and these high fiber pastas should be enjoyed multiple times per week. 

Zero Carbs & High Fiber

Pete’s low calorie, high protein pasta is also keto friendly, with our Low Carb & No Carb pastas having just 7g and 0g in net carbs, respectively. Compared to chickpea or bean imitation pastas, or even hearts of palm, Pete’s Pasta has far fewer net carbohydrates and a maximal amount of fiber. Pete’s Pasta is proudly handcrafted in the mountains of Maiella, Italy, where tradition and quality come together to create the perfect pasta. The wheat is made from organic durum semolina and fresh mountain spring water. Our artisan-crafted, diabetes-friendly pasta is slow dried to give it a light amber color and al dente flavor, unlike other pasta alternatives. Buon appetito!
